Overall, we loved the Quinta. Our biggest complaint was the concierge service. When we first checked in, we were asked if we wanted a tour to Monte Alban. We requested a private tour and specifically asked for a guide that would tell us history and the sites we were seeing. We wanted to be educated. What we got was simply a driver... Very little history. He was very nice, but we got nothing but a taxi driver. The concierge seemed to do nothing to make sure our request was met. Also, we asked for a reservation at a specific restaurant and the concierge (a different one) told us he would make the reservation and let us know if he couldn't. We went out for the day and when we got back, he simply said "no one answered the phone". He made no other effort at all, so we had to scramble to find a dinner spot for that night. Another failure in addressing the customer need.
