Buena, el hotel es muy bueno pero la habitacion no esta al nivel, la ventilacion era pobre y dificil de regular la temperatura y muy obscura

I had a great time. I was worried that, as a five-star hotel, it might have lost the feeling of intimacy and uniqueness. This was never a problem. It held on to its origins and traditions, so that I always knew I was in Mexico, not some generic hotel where things are stuffy or formal. I would highly recommend it.
