MI EXPERIENCIA Y LA DE MI FAMILIA, CONTRARIO AL QUINTA REAL HUATUALCO, AQUI FUE EXTRAORDINARIA, UNA ATENCIO AMABLE Y PERSONALIZADA DE TODO EL STAFF, DESDE EL BOTONES, HASAT LA CAMARISTA.

With the front desk service and comfort of the room I was very disappointed. I will not recommend the hotel and I have already told a number of colleagues to stay somewhere else. We were given same day notice for a concert that was literally outside our window and nothing was offered for the inconvenience. There are plenty of other hotels in just as good of a location. The front desk service was bad as well. Many of my questions were answered with "I don't know". When I requested a restaurant reservation and the time and day was not available I was not given more time options, different day options, or another restaurant suggestion in its place. I was just told, "not available"

Muy buen servicio, muy buena comida, excelente cocina, la cena de fin de año del evento no estuvo buena
