location, room comfort and cleanliness, and ambiance get 5 stars. Breakfast / restaurant location gets 5 stars, but food gets 4 stars. Individuals at check in as well as those assisting with lugage and taxis need to be far more humble and customer friendly with a smile on their faces.

Excellent service. Great location. However, my 'suite' wasn't really a suite; it was a regular hotel room. I understand a suite to be a bedroom and a sitting room or at least a 'junior' suite with a couch. Still had a great experience. The food was great and the breakfast service was also.
