One of it if the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The price point is higher than we would usually go for but it was worth it in this case, as many small touches made the experience very personal and well worth it. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, food and ambiance excellent. We will definitely go back to Oaxaca and stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities including the restaurant. Very nice staff.

Entiendo que no tengan estacionamiento propio, se me hace extraño que me lo cobren, estuve en el Fiesta Americana, tampoco tienen estacionamiento, ellos se encargan del coche, y no hay un cobro por eso; al menos no de forma explícita. El hotel es una joya histórica y arquitectónica, tal vez deberían ofrecer a los huéspedes un recorrido guiado para entender la magnitud de monumento histórico en el que me estoy quedando. Solo me quedé una noche porque por las fechas no encontré alojamiento toda la semana que estuve en Oaxaca, y no quería perder la experiencia de estar hospedado con ustedes, la persona que me recibió me hizo sentir "menos" por ser solo una noche y al explicarle el motivo realizó un comentario burlón que estaba fuera de lugar y contexto.

Muchas gracias por tomar el tiempo de compartimos sus experiencias durante su estancia con nosotros estamos muy apenados por los inconvenientes ocurridos durante su estancia y no podemos satisfacer sus expectativas en especial con la falta de atención a su llegada y el inconveniente con el cobro por el estacionamiento. trabajemos las áreas de oportunidad que nos menciona, esperemos contar nuevamente con su visita y cumplir con sus expectativas
