Muy buena sacando servicio de restaurante, para el nivel del hotel se queda corto el restaurante

The staff is great ! Front desk welcoming and helpful . Housekeeping terrific . Restaurant staff friendly . The hotel is perfect but needs cuisine to match

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our hotel. We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations with our food and I am sorry that we failed in the preparation of your food (Club Sandwich) however I would like to mention that our chef is a Mexican woman

The hotel is beautiful, but prices are way too high for what is offered in terms of comfort. For example every morning at 5 AM a door was slammed hard and woke me up and the airco installations on the roofs of the hotel make a lot of noise.
