A very unpleasant experience, my reservation was for 4 nights, I only stayed 2 although I prepaid for 4 nights.
I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.
Room had a very strong mold odor, carpet was old and very dirty with many stains, shower curtain rod was rusty and bathroom had a very strong sewer odor. I ordered room service on June 17, food was awful, server was polite.
Female receptionist on June 19 in the afternoon, was not helpful at all and didn't care about providing the least of hospitality.
I departed on June 20 and the male receptionist in the morning didn't not give me a final detailed invoice of the charges, stating that this would be sent to me by e-mail. Today is June 26 and I have not received the final invoice yet.
I sent several e-mail messages requesting my invoice and I didn't get any answer at all.
