MENOR A MIS EXPECTATIVAS, ES MI PRIMER VISITA AL HOTEL EN ZACATECAS, LO CONOCI HACE TRES AÑOS Y ESPERE ESE TIEMPO PODER VOLVER A LA CIUDAD Y HOSPEDARME AQUI EN LGAR DE IR AL HOTEL EMPORIO O AL MESON DE JOBITO...OJALA SEA UNA EXCEPCION, PERO DEBEN PONER MAS ATENCION PERSONAL A LA LLEGADA DEL HUESPED, HACERLO SENTIR COMO EN CASA.FALTO ESE CALOR

Estuve en una suite gran clase (para 3 adultos y un niño) La alfombra de la suite estaba muy manchada y desgastada, principalmente al entrar había una mancha muy grande que honestamente daba asco. El baño no tenía ventilacion ni extractor por lo que era realmente desagradable usarlo entre todos, el mueble para guardar el equipaje era de risa. Pues solo cabía una maleta chica y tenía 2 cajón tíos. En una habitación pensada para 4 personas resulta incongruente.
La relación calidad precio de los alimentos era mala y el servicio muy lento.
Lo único bueno era la arquitectura del hotel y la ubicacion
