Die Klimaanlage im Hotel war defekt. Anstatt zu fragen, wer stattdessen einen Ventilator benötigt, (wir hätten weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilator gebraucht), wurde dem Hotel zuviel Wiedergutmachung abverlangt. Und auch der nachträglich zugesandte Reisegutschein war unnötige Wiedergutmachung. Pannen können immer mal passieren. So viel Wiedergutmachung war schon fast lästig.
