Bus driver, tour and tour guide was outstanding!!!
Friendly, professional and on time.
We saw many great locations and enjoyed our bus group very much.
Hotel location perfect, but staff not very friendly and cleanliness of room was not good. The staff in dining area friendly enough, but food was not 4 star rating at all!!! Our buffet breakfast and appetizers average but views beautiful.
Dinners did not represent Italy. Food was not tasty, it was not cooked well and most inedible and returned to kitchen. We brought up to staff and they replied they already knew it. I was also surprised that dietary restrictions were not considered. One lady at table was gluten and lactose intolerant and hotel cook did not care and she could not eat most food that she paid for. Hotel safety was questionable too. As we walked downstairs one night to lobby from top floor the stairwell lights to lobby was off and pitch black dark. We told staff and replied it was accidently turned off and thats not ok.

Sehr gut organisiert, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Busfahrer.
Die örtlichen Reiseleiter waren sehr kompetent.
Das Hotel hatte eine perfekte zentrale Lage.

Sehr schön. Zu kurz. Angenehme Gruppengrößen. Abendessen im Hotel läßt zu wünschen übrig. Hätte gerne noch 2//3 Tage länger gehabt. Busfahrer muss man extra loben, geduldig, freundlich, sehr guter Fahrstil.

Es hat alles gepasst. Es war eine wunderschöne Reise.

Es war sehr informativ und alles sehr gut organisiert. Teilweise war der Zeitplan recht straff.
