It was ok. I've been there before. My workplace books this regularly. Prices have gone up a lot.

We have taken note of your remarks regarding the earplugs and the absence of cotton buds in the bathroom. We would like to mention that cotton buds are available in the amenities box located above the in-room safe. However, we understand that this may not have been sufficiently visible, and we will make every effort to improve the presentation and visibility of these amenities for our guests.
Your comments regarding the earplugs have also been shared with our team as we continuously review our services and amenities to enhance our guests' comfort.
Regarding your comment about pricing, we would like to clarify that the negotiated rates agreed with your institute have not increased since January 2024. We remain committed to offering the best possible value while maintaining the quality of our services and facilities.
